Who receives your information
Presença Digital creates websites for local businesses. Contact dpro34327@gmail.com for personal data enquiries. This policy describes how this website processes information.
Information you provide
When requesting a quote, you provide your business name, sector, contact name, email, city, business description, desired pages and features, preferred schedule and visual identity. Phone number, business address, social media and notes are optional. Do not include identity documents, health information, passwords or unnecessary third-party information.
Accounts and enquiries
An account is optional when requesting a quote. If you create one, Supabase processes your email, password and authentication data. Your password is not displayed in the team dashboard. Saved drafts are linked to your account; submitted enquiries are stored in Presença Digital's private dashboard with a reference number, date and a record of the authorization shown in the form.
Purposes and grounds
We use information to assess your project, prepare a proposal and respond to your enquiry as pre-contractual steps you request. The authorization record documents your decision to submit the brief. Authentication and security support the requested service and abuse prevention. Optional browsing preferences are stored with your permission. We do not use your brief for unsolicited advertising.
Providers and sharing
Cloudflare provides hosting and may process technical connection data. Supabase provides authentication, database storage and enquiry processing. When notifications are configured, enquiry details may also be delivered to the team's inbox through Google's service. These providers may process data outside Brazil under their applicable terms and safeguards. We do not sell your data.
Technical data and security
Infrastructure may log IP addresses, browser information, timestamps and errors for operation and security. Form abuse controls use an identifier derived cryptographically from the IP address; it is not anonymous data. Access to enquiries is verified on the server and restricted to the administrator. No system provides absolute protection.
Retention
Cookie choices and optional preferences expire after 180 days in this browser. Your session remains until sign-out, expiration or revocation. Enquiries and drafts are not automatically deleted in this version: they are retained for follow-up and should be reviewed and deleted when no longer needed, subject to legal obligations and the exercise of rights. You can request deletion using the contact below.
Your rights
You may request confirmation and access, correction, information about sharing, anonymization, blocking or deletion of unnecessary data, and withdraw consent-based choices where applicable. Email dpro34327@gmail.com to exercise your rights. We may request proportionate information to verify your identity. You can also lodge a complaint with Brazil's ANPD.
Cookies and preferences
The website uses local storage for access, your privacy choice and, if allowed, language and reading settings. This version does not install advertising or audience analytics tools. Review your choices using Cookie preferences in the footer.
